Coming back from pregnancy has been a lot harder than I expected. I start each morning with exercises that engage my inner core and strengthen my entire body. Here is an exercise from @recorefitness where I have to really focus on sucking my tummy in with my pelvic floor. If you look closely you can see I am still not perfect as there is a slight time when my muscle gives out. I do these exercises in the morning when I have more energy and better focus. It takes time but is worth it because I know soon my body will be back to pre pregnancy ability and Ill be able to do the training I love and miss dearly 💪👍 Check out my insta story for more #recorefitness #postpartum #postnatal #coreexercises #innercoreexercises #postpartumrecovery

When NYRR asked me to support their Run Clean initiative as part of the @nycmarathon I was happy to post I #runclean … but I did have to add my own flare of 🏊 and 🚴too NYRR has partnered with the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) since 2002 to test the professional athlete fields at NYRR events. Today, through continued testing for performance-enhancing drugs, counseling with athletes, and a zero-tolerance policy, NYRR is working toward the day when everyone will run clean.
Had a great time in NYC this week where I announced I will be running the @nycmarathon I have always wanted to do a marathon and post Olympics seemed like the perfect time to try one. I know there is no way I can prepare properly in such a short amount of time while also training for my last two tris. The marathon will be a grueling event so I am setting zero goals and expectations. The event is an LSD (look, search, discover) experience. Today I am heading down to Florida to get back into 🏊🚴🏃with the @gongwizards in preparation for Cozumel & @islandhousetri
