About: The intent of the scholarship is to help junior, draft-legal triathletes pursue excellence. This is the fourth year we have awarded athletes. In 2017 we will be awarding $20,000. Who can apply: Any male or female can apply (athletes, coaches, race promoters, etc.) but funds must be used for draft-legal triathletes under the age of 19 (example: junior athlete using funds for travel/equipment, coach-led daily training environment with junior triathletes, race promoter of a junior draft-legal triathlon race or camp, etc.). 誕生日は4月25日。

今日が誕生日ということで書いております。

Coming back from pregnancy has been a lot harder than I expected. I start each morning with exercises that engage my inner core and strengthen my entire body. Here is an exercise from @recorefitness where I have to really focus on sucking my tummy in with my pelvic floor. If you look closely you can see I am still not perfect as there is a slight time when my muscle gives out. I do these exercises in the morning when I have more energy and better focus. It takes time but is worth it because I know soon my body will be back to pre pregnancy ability and Ill be able to do the training I love and miss dearly 💪👍 Check out my insta story for more #recorefitness #postpartum #postnatal #coreexercises #innercoreexercises #postpartumrecovery
